Accommodating EU Nationals in post-BREXIT UK and during the transitional term


  1. All EU Nationals are required to report to a police station or the nearest UK Immigration Authority Office to sign a ‘Declaration of Conformity’; for DNA profiling and fingerprinting; and to re-register any UK National Insurance and Tax Reference numbers.
  2. All EU Nationals who have dependents (children or others in care) are required to re-register all such interests and their nationalities with the UK Immigration Authority.
  3. All EU Nationals in mixed-race marriages, civil partnerships or with common law spouses (in particular, those co-habiting with a Briton) are required to re-register all such alliances with the UK Immigration Authority.
  4. All EU Nationals wishing to access the UK National Health Service are required to register such needs with the UK Immigration Authority.
  5. All EU Nationals wishing to access the UK Education Service, at primary, secondary or tertiary level, are required to register such needs with the UK Immigration Authority.
  6. All EU Nationals who own motor vehicles licensed by UK DVLA are required to re-register all such interests with the UK Immigration Authority.
  7. All EU Nationals who hold accounts with utility companies (e.g. water, gas, electricty) and telecommunications companies are required to re-register all such accounts with the UK Immigration Authority.
  8. No EU National may participate in, or gain from, the UK National Lottery or any of its affiliated competitions.
  9. All EU Nationals who are company directors are required to re-register all such interests with the UK Immigration Authority.
  10. All EU Nationals who hold any mortgages, loans, pensions, freeholds or leaseholds are required to re-register all such interests with the UK Immigration Authority.
  11. All EU Nationals using computers or telephones which access the Internet, with or without geolocation facilities, are required to re-register all such devices with the UK Immigration Authority and ensure GeoTracking is permanently switched ON.
  12. EU Nationals owning shops and offices displaying signage in Non-UK languages must provide alternative signage, in English, at the equivalent size.
  13. No EU National may own a horse worth more than £1,500.
Failure to comply with this advice may result in detention by HM UK Immigration Authority, Dover, and the mandatory use of an electronic BREXBO anklet.
